Greenlion design was so pleased to be asked to create a vignette for the RI Flower and Garden Show. We decided on “A Wedding in the Garden” for our theme, and here is what we came up with!

Heirloom (or garden roses) with ranunculous, lime hydrangea, french parrot tulips with pear and orchid accents. Sage green in the arrangement is picked up in the sage green of the votive candles, I used square votive holders to give some right angles to the round cocktail table, and asymmetrical floral arrangement.

This is a view of the vignette from the back, where you can see the entire Chuppah frame, custom garden fences and potted viburnum. Thanks to Peckham’s Greenhouse for use of the fencing and pottery! Thanks to Belle Mer for use of the cocktail tables and beautiful chairs.

Heirloom roses in vintage teal blue tinted ball jars, maybe one of my favorite combination’s.

Asparagus is pretty too, shown with peach stock, freesia, hydrangea and green hypericum berries.
