Kelly & Daniel, April Wedding

Weddings

When Kelly and I first met we talked about creating a vintage romance with just a touch of garden rustic. Creating these florals from that direction was an absolute blast for me. I enjoyed it every step of the way and am so thankful Kelly and Daniel invited me to be a part of  there extremely special day:)

Peonies and ohara garden roses are the best of friends, stock and heather are a close second;)

Hanging green amaranthus makes for a sexy backdrop. The Ohara garden rose suggesting it is about to pop open sure does help. Next picture is a detail of the bridesmaids florals. Cream dominated with suggestions of lavender, textural silver accents add dimension and yum factor.

Drum roll, for Kelly’s bridal bouquet, so pretty.

The very very lovely ladies! I LOVE the pale pale lavender dresses, stunning.

Ranunculous, dusty miller and silver wood grain ribbon boot n’ ear.

The handsome handsome gentleman!

You can imagine it brought a tear to my eye when I received this email from Kelly a few days after the big day:

“Kim –
Words cannot describe how gorgeous you made our wedding. The flowers were breath taking, and the fireplace was indescribably beautiful! All of the detail that you gave to the centerpieces, the bouquets and even the little bathroom vessels were perfect. You turned our thoughts into a reality, and I’m so thankful for you and for all of your hard work. I still don’t know what words to use to thank you!”

Awww!!! Thank you Kelly!
